Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms of service are the rules for using FreeSiTools at freesitools.com, a set of free SI generators for image prompts, video prompts and game ideas. In our name, SI means super intelligence, the term used for what was formerly called AI. Each tool takes a short idea and returns three written results that you can copy or open on a sister site. Using any page or generator here counts as accepting these terms of service, so please leave the site if you disagree with them.
The free service in brief
The generators cost nothing and need no account. Each run accepts an idea of 2 to 500 characters plus optional choices, and returns three results: detailed prompts for image or video models, or three small game concepts, each with a pitch, core loop, controls, twist and a ready-made prompt. One connection may make about 20 runs per minute. We may change these limits, the options on offer and the models behind them whenever that helps keep the service running.
Who may use the generators
The generators are open to anyone aged 13 or older, or above any higher minimum age your country applies to online services used without parental permission. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms of service on your behalf. The paid sister sites linked from each result accept adults only, aged 18 or over, so anyone younger should use Copy and leave the hand-off buttons alone.
No guarantee of availability
Because the tools are free, we offer them without any promise of uptime, speed or continued existence. A model can be slow or busy, a request can fail with a message asking you to come back shortly, and we can pause, limit, change or retire any generator, or the whole site, at any time and without notice. Nobody is owed compensation when a free tool is unavailable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use FreeSiTools, or anything it produces, to:
- plan, promote or commit anything illegal where you or the people affected live;
- request or create sexual content involving minors, in any form;
- produce other sexual material, sexual violence, hateful content or material that encourages self-harm;
- harass, threaten, impersonate or defame a real person;
- overload our systems, probe them for weaknesses or interfere with other visitors;
- scrape the site or harvest results in bulk with scripts, bots or any other automated means;
- get around the per-minute limit, for example by rotating IP addresses or spreading requests across many connections;
- resell, wrap or embed the generators as a service of your own.
We can block traffic that breaks these rules without warning.
Automated moderation
Before a model writes anything, an automated classifier screens your idea, and ideas it flags in certain categories are refused with a short explanation. The writing models are also told to leave out real celebrities, brand names, logos and sexual or gory detail, and the game generator is asked to keep its ideas family-friendly. These safeguards are automatic and imperfect: they can block a harmless idea or miss a harmful one, and the screening step is skipped while its model is unavailable. Passing moderation does not make a request acceptable under these terms of service.
Results are provided as is
Every result is written by a language model in seconds, and no person reviews it before you see it. A prompt may misread your idea, contain mistakes, ignore an option you picked or lead to a different picture or clip than you hoped for in the model you paste it into. A game concept may be impractical, unbalanced or close to games that already exist. Running the same idea twice gives different answers. Read each result before you rely on it, and treat it as a starting point rather than advice.
Your ideas and your results
You keep any rights you have in the ideas you type. We claim no ownership of the generated prompts or game ideas and ask for no credit or attribution. You may use, edit, publish and sell them, including in commercial projects, provided your use stays lawful and within these terms of service.
No one can guarantee that a result is unique or free of other people’s rights. Language models learn from huge amounts of existing writing, so a prompt or game idea may resemble an existing work, and another visitor with a similar idea may receive similar text. In many countries, text produced by a machine may not be protected by copyright at all. Before you use a result for a product, brand, logo or game title, check for existing trademarks and copyrights.
What you make with other generators
Our results are meant to be pasted into image, video or game generators, ours or anyone else’s. What those tools create from a prompt is outside our control, and you are responsible for how you use them and what you publish, including following their terms, content rules and licences. Model names mentioned on this site, such as Flux, Veo, Kling or DeepSeek, are trademarks of the companies that make them; we have no partnership with them, and they do not sponsor FreeSiTools in any way.
Hand-off links to our paid sites
The button under each result opens SiImageGen, SiVideoGen or SiGameGen in a new tab with that result filled in. They are separate paid products run by the same team: generating there needs an account and credits, and their own terms, refund policy and privacy notice apply instead of these. Opening the link only fills in the text box, and nothing is generated until you sign in there and start it yourself. How the prompt travels inside the link is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, FreeSiTools and everything it produces are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We give no warranty, stated or implied, of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
You use the tools at your own risk. Within the limits the law sets, we bear no liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or harm to your reputation that results from using, or being unable to use, FreeSiTools or any result. Because the service is free, our total liability for all claims connected with it cannot exceed what you paid us to use it, which is nothing. These terms of service do not exclude any liability that the law forbids us to exclude, such as liability for fraud or, where the law says so, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
Should a third party take action against us over how you used a result, or over your breach of these terms, you will reimburse the reasonable costs we incur in handling it, to the extent the law allows.
Ending your use
There is no account to close: you can stop using the site at any moment. We may restrict or block access from any connection that abuses the tools or breaks these rules. The sections on ownership, warranties, liability and indemnity keep applying after you stop.
When these terms of service change
We may revise them as the tools evolve. The new version appears on this page with a new date at the top and applies to visits from that date on. If you keep using the generators after an update, you accept the revised terms.
General
These terms of service and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement between you and us about FreeSiTools. If a court decides that one provision cannot be enforced, the others stay in effect. Not enforcing a rule on one occasion does not mean we give it up, and any consumer protections your local law guarantees still apply.
